Judge finds teachers, students absent at skills training centre.

LARKANA: Ratodero senior civil judge found teachers and students absent and infrastructure in a shambles at the girls' vocational training centre and government technical training school in Naudero during a surprise visit to the institutions on Thursday.

When Judge Mohammad Ali Rukk accompanied by police walked into the school's premises he found only a junior instructor and lab attendant while the principal and eight staff members were absent.
