Investment in emerging technological fields termed as crucial for country's future.

ISLAMABAD -- Minister of Federal Education and Professional Training, Rana Tanveer Hussain Thursday termed investment in emerging technological fields as crucial for the future of our country.

The minister stated this during his visit to the FDE STEM makers spaces developed in collaboration with Robotmea in Islamabad Model School for Girls (IMSG), G-6/1-3.

The minister visited the STEM Makerspace established at the school under the Knowledge Economy Initiative which is a PSDP-funded project.

The project is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Professional Training and executed by the Federal Directorate of Education.

The event was held as part of activities to mark International Women's day to highlight the accomplishments of women in technology and encourage students to pursue careers in STEAM fields.
