Int'l pressure behind pause in Pak-Iran gas project by govt: Bilawal.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Saturday alleged that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led government has given in to international pressure on another matter which he said can be seen by the recent shelving of the Pakistan- Iran gas pipeline project.

Taking to micro-blogging website Twitter, Bilawal said, 'PPP initiated this project at height of international sanctions because we put Pakistan first.'

He said that people were paying the price of the leaders' weakness of inexpensive gas bills.
