Incinerator machine not working at CHK.

KARACHI -- Deep-Heat Steriliser machine (advance incinerator) is lying out of order at Dr Ruth KM Pfau Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK) since one month while hospital administration was unable to get incinerator repaired yet. The machine had been installed at CHK in May 2018 for disposal of medical waste including disposable syringes, drips, urine or blood bags, needles, fluids and other used wastage which are harmful for medical staff, visiting patients as well as, environment if not safely disposed off. However, incinerator machine has developed some fault about one month ago which was not repaired yet.
