Inching towards Brexit.

IT appears that the United Kingdom, a nation that once lorded over large parts of the world, is now caught in a quicksand called Brexit, and that too, of its own making. The country held a referendum on June 23, 2016 to decide whether the British Isles were better off as a sovereign nation in Europe instead of being an important member of the 28-nation European Union. Advice from saner heads not to go down this slippery precipice were ignored in what turned out to be no more than a charge of the light brigade.
