Indus Motor Company (IMC) won the Environment Excellence Award for the year 2021, at the 18th Annual Environment Conference and Excellence Awards 2021 ceremony, hosted by the National Forum for Environment and Health (NFEH), at Karachi. The award was presented by Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Minister for Local Government, Government of Sindh, to IMCs, Asad Abdullah, Head CSR and Media Management.

This is the fifth year running for IMC to have won the title and the eleventh time since 2004, it has been complimented by the NFEH, for its contribution towards achieving a carbon neutral environment. Chief Executive, Indus Motor, Ali Asghar Jamali observed, "The NFEH efforts on creating public awareness on environmental, healthcare and educational issues in Pakistan, are laudable. For IMC to be recognized year after year, for its continuing efforts in environmental conservation, is certainly a privilege for us."
