IHC accepts PML-N miscellaneous petition for filing more documents against formation of NFC.
ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted miscellaneous petition from PML-N for filing more documents against formation of 10TH National Finance Commission (NFC).
The petition filed by PML-N against constitution of 10th NFC came up for hearing before IHC Monday.
The petitioner filed Chief Minister (CM) Sindh letter in the court. The court expressed displeasure over non filing of reply from Finance division.
The counsel for finance division told the court the petitions are pending hearing in Sindh and Balochistan high courts. These petitions may be got transferred to IHC.
The court inquired' have you resorted to Supreme Court in connection with transfer of cases.
The counsel for Finance division told the court no petition has been filed in SC in this regard so far.
