If literate people deceive then what illiterate will do what: CJP.

ISLAMABAD -- Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Asif Saeed Khosa has remarked lying and deceit is the biggest problem of this country and all the people deceive in the country.

He further remarked ' if educated people deceive then illiterate will do what.

He gave these remarks Friday during the course of hearing of a case pertaining to doing two jobs at a time by a lady teacher in FATA.

The counsel for female teacher argued that Lubna Balqees was employed as school teacher in grade-9 in 2009 and later she was appointed as lecturer in grade-17 on contract base in 2012. When she became lecturer she got leave from her job for one year as teacher in school without pay .

The CJP remarked when the contract was extended after one year she continued job as lecturer. The salary of school teacher also continued to come to her.

The counsel for lady teacher told the court ' we have returned all the salaries.
