IBCC launches e-office.

ISLAMABAD -- The Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) on Wednesday launched e-office to expedite office affairs.

Parliamentary Secretary for Federal Education and Professional Training Wajiha Qamar on Wednesday launched the e-office at IBCC Secretariat Islamabad.

IBCC Secretary Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah briefed the Parliamentary Secretary on the utility and benefits of e-office. Dr Mallah said that it is an urgent need to adopt e-filling and office automation systems, as it is cost effective, has digital backup, automation data retention, easy access to data and will decrease the carbon footprint.

Speaking on the occasion, Wajiha Qamar said that the IBCC had been following the directives of the Prime Minister by introducing transparency, ease of doing business, applicant facilitation and use of technology.
