'I have good memories of playing in Lahore' Dasun Shanaka.

Sri Lanka's stand-in captain for T20Is in Lahore, Dasun Shanaka, recalled good memories during his stay in this city earlier in 2017.

Shanaka, while talking to the media in Lahore prior to the first T20I against the home side on October 5, thanked the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for giving them an opportunity to visit two of the most famous cities of the country.

'I had a good time in Lahore last time when we played a T20I here. The security here is fantastic and no differences at all,' Shanaka said.

The visiting skipper can't wait to witness the enthusiastic Lahore's crowd on Saturday and wants them to turn up to the stadium in numbers.

'I love the way Pakistani crowd cheers. They are fantastic and know how to support the game,' he highlighted.
