ALL my life I have cherished my green passport but a recent experience shocked me.
I am studying in China and have a two-year visa and resident permit, meaning the authorities have already verified my identity and credentials. Hong Kong is Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China where the nationals of European countries, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, Thailand, Ukraine and many more do not require a visa to visit. However, Pakistani citizens possessing a visa and resident permit for China requires a visa to visit Hong Kong.
