Hindu community celebrates Diwali across Sindh.

KARACHI -- Hindu community celebrated Diwali, known as the festival of lights, across Sindh province on Sunday with zeal and fervor.

The event was celebrated at the temples through gathering of families and decorating their houses and temples with colourful lights.

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail, while congratulating the Hindu community on Diwali festival, said that it is a festival of light and happiness. The Hindu community should specially pray for the prosperity and progress of Pakistan and for independence of held Kashmir.

He said all minorities are completely free to celebrate their religious rituals and festivals in Pakistan which is why the Hindu community, is celebrating its festival with great enthusiasm...
