Govt to import agriculture technology from China to enhance crops yield: PM.

ISLAMABAD -- Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan has said that government will import latest agriculture technology from China to enhance crops yield in the country.

In a meeting with a delegation of Kisan Ittehad in Islamabad on Friday, Prime Minister said that despite tough economic conditions owing to COVID-19 pandemic, the government has given a 50 billion rupees package for the uplift of agriculture sector.

Imran Khan said that the government will take all out measures to facilitate the farmers as development of the agriculture sector is among its priorities.
