Govt servants reject budget.

BATTAGRAM -- The government employees here on Sunday rejected the federal budget and said that it didn't provide any relief to them.

They said that the recent budget exposed the incompetency and flawed policies of the ruling PTI leadership.

They said that there was nothing for common people in the budget at a time when the country was facing Covid-19 pandemic and high inflation.

They said that government should increase their salaries and pensions according to the inflation rate in the country. They said that it became impossible for the working class to run their kitchens.

The employees asked the government to increase their salaries and pensions by at least 50 per cent so that they could meet their needs.

All Primary Teachers Association district general secretary Javed Iqbal said that they rejected the budget as salaries and pensions were not increased.
