Govt recovered over Rs 541 billion from corrupt people: Fawad Chaudhry.

ISLAMABAD -- The government has recovered over 541 billion rupees from corrupt people and efforts are being made to bring back billions of looted money laundered abroad.

This was stated by Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry along with Adviser to PM on Accountability and Interior Barrister Mirza Shahzad Akbar while talking to media in Islamabad on Thursday.

He said the government has constituted an inquiry commission to probe the Broadsheet matter and will take due action according to its findings.
