Govt provide agri-implements on half price.

SIALKOT -- Provincial Agriculture department evolved a plan to track the agriculture sector on modern lines in order to enhance its productivity.

Sources in Agriculture department told reporter on Friday that the cost of the plan was Rs.4.50 billion and under the program the government will provide modern agri-implements on half price to the growers in fifteen districts of the Punjab.

He said the government will provide 700 rice Trans-planters, power sprayers etc in Sialkot, Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Jhang, Okara, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin through balloting. In Sialkot...
