Govt ordered to make revenue service centres fully functional.

HYDERABAD -- The Hyderabad circuit bench of the Sindh High Court has ordered the provincial government to make revenue department's service centres fully functional providing services of maintenance of computerised record of rights, mutation, transfer, execution and registration of deeds and issuance of certified copies of computerised record of rights etc. to applicants.

The division bench comprising Justices Nadeem Akhtar and Khadim Hussain Tunio had issued the order on Thursday that all the service centers established by the government under the Sindh Land Revenue (Amendment) Act, 2013, should provide all the services mentioned in its sub-section 23-A.
