Govt creating opportunities for promoting, streamlining S and T sector: Khusro Bakhtyar.

ISLAMABAD -- :Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Makhdum Khusro Bakhtyar said the government was committed for the development of science and technology sector besides creating new opportunities to drive sustained economic growth.

The minister said this during a meeting with Federal Minister for Science and Technology Chaudhry Fawad Hussain who called on him here Monday.

Secretary Planning Zafar Hasan and senior officials of the ministry were also present in the meeting while member S and T, Dr. Hussein Abidi briefed the forum on various project activities of Public Sector Development Program 2019-20, said a press release.

The minister stated that there was a need to stop brain drain by providing opportunities to talented youth in Pakistan who could contribute effectively in the development of the country.
