German Ambassador meets PML-Q leaders.

LAHORE -- German Ambassador to Pakistan Dr Bernhard Stephen Schlagheck along with First Secretary Mr Christian Boettcher called on President of Pakistan Muslim League and former Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Acting Punjab Governor Chaudhry Parvez Elahi at their residence here.

According to party sources, issues relating to bilateral trade, current domestic and global political situation and other issues of mutual interest came under discussion during the meeting. Ch Shujaat Hussain especially thanked the German government for taking care of with the Pakistanis suffering from corona in Germany.

Acting Punjab Governor Ch Parvez Elahi called for strong ties between Pakistan and Germany saying that German products were very popular in Pakistan. He said that overseas Pakistanis were cooperating for the development of Germany.
