Gas, power outages irk Kohat residents.

KOHAT -- The consumers in Kohat have been braving prolonged suspension of gas and electricity since the start of Ramazan, dashing their hopes that they would get 'smooth' supply in the fasting month as promised by the government.

Sajid Islam, a local resident, said the Peshawar High Court had ruled that the residents of a gas-producing district should get the facility uninterrupted, but the SNGPL was 'flouting' the court orders.
