PESHAWAR -- Khan Abdul Wali Khan, President of the National Awami Party, today [Nov 14] sought safeguards in the permanent Constitution against 'three dangers', namely, exploitation of the smaller provinces, denial of rights to the minority parties and a tense Centre-province relationship. Addressing the Sarhad NAP councillors, he said unless these three dangers are averted, a constitution would not be able to ensure peace and prosperity. - Staff correspondent
