Food dept sets up flour sale points.

FAISALABAD -- The district food department has set up a dozen sale points in different areas to ensure availability of flour and various mills have been tasked with providing commodity at such points. The step has been taken after reports of flour shortage.

A notification has been issued in this regard by District Food Controller Ali Imran on Saturday.

The department has also appointed officials at the flour mills to ensure supply of flour.

As many as 14,350 flour bags of 10kg will be available at the points established on Millat Road, Green Town Stop, Riaz Shahid Chowk near Iqbal Stadium, Model Bazaar, Jhang Road, Samanabad, Main Samundri Road, Fawara Chowk, Batala Colony, Faizan-e-Madina, Kaleem Shaheen Park, Jaranwala Road, Adda Khurrianwala, Model Bazaar Jaranwala, Chiniot Road...
