Financial results of Ferozsons Laboratories Limited for Quarter ended March 31, 2022.

Karachi -- Ferozsons Laboratories Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held through video link on April 26, 2022.

The agenda of the meeting was discussion of unconsolidated and consolidated profit and loss account for quarter ended March 31, 2022 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 239,896,314 and 290,323,531 with earnings per share 6.62 and 7.77 basic and diluted respectively.

Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.
