Financial results of Archroma Pakistan Limited for Quarter ended December 31, 2020.

Karachi: Archroma Pakistan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange about the recommendations made by the board of directors in the meeting held at Karachi on January 28, 2021.

The agenda of the meeting was discussion of profit and loss account for quarter ended December 31, 2020 which portrayed a profit of Rs. 479,710 with earnings per share 14.06 basic and diluted respectively.

Further, nil payment of cash dividend, bonus shares and right shares was agreed.

Furthermore, the share transfer books of the company will remain closed from January 21, 2021 to January 28, 2021 (both days inclusive).
