Fight against drug abuse to continue, says ANF chief.

RAWALPINDI -- Fight against drug abuse and trafficking will continue and the officials of the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) will carry out their duties to save the new generation from the curse of drugs.

This was stated by ANF Director General Ghulam Shabir Narejo while speaking at an event held in connection with the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. A play titled Zahr-i-Qatil was staged at the Rawalpindi Arts Council (RAC) to highlight the issue of drug abuse.

Mr Narejo, who was the chief guest on the occasion, said the country was facing many challenges and 'we will make efforts to rid it of drugs'.
