Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) is the largest fertilizer manufacturing and marketing company in Pakistan. It was incorporated on 08 May, 1978 as a joint venture between Fauji Foundation, Pakistan and M/s Haldor Topsoe A/S of Denmark. The Production from first plant at Goth Machhi commenced from June 1982.

FFC Marketing Group was established in 1979 as part of seeding program to develop market for Company's fertilizer products and provide Agriculture extension services to farming community. With the passage of time the fertilizer market was developed and demand for Urea increased in the country. FFC took initiative and put up another Urea manufacturing facility at Goth Machhi which commenced commercial production in March 1993. Presently, the Company is operating with three world scale Urea plants with an aggregate design capacity of 2.048 million metric tonnes per annum. Two plants are located in Goth Machhi and one plant at Mirpur Mathelo.

FFC has always been a socially responsible corporate entity with a focused approach on providing finest quality products and services to end users. The Company introduced Agri Services Department right from its inception. FFC established 5 state of the art Farm Advisory Centers where highly qualified Technical Service Officers are striving for transferring latest Agricultural Technology and recommending balanced use of fertilizers. Micro-Nutrient analysis (Zinc, Boron and Iron) and Soil/Water testing facilities are also given to farmers free of cost.

With the passage of time, our soils became deficient in phosphorous and demand for phosphate products increased many folds. FFC together with Fauji Foundation sponsored the establishment of a Ureaand DAP complex at port Qasim, Karachi in partnership with Jordan Phosphate Mines Company Ltd (JPMC) of Jordanin November 1993. The name of FJFC was changed to Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL) in 2003.
