Extraordinary general meeting of Feroze 1888 Mills Limited to be held on July 20, 2020.

Karachi -- Feroze 1888 Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on July 20, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on October 23, 2019 and to elect Ten Directors of the Company as fixed by the Board of Directors in their meeting pursuant to a requisition from a shareholder under Section 162 of the Companies Act, 2017 for holding of fresh election of the directors of the Company for the next new term of three years commencing 20 July 2020.

Further, the closed period of the company is from July 13, 2020 to July 20, 2020 (both days inclusive).
