Extraordinary general meeting of Sapphire Fibres Limited to be held on July 20, 2020.

Karachi -- Sapphire Fibres Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on July 20, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on October 25, 2019 and to elect nine Directors as fixed by the Board under section 159 (1) of the Companies Act, 2017 for three years.

Further, the closed period of the company is from July 14, 2020 to July 20, 2020 (both days inclusive).
