Extraordinary general meeting of Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited to be held on March 31, 2020.

Karachi: Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on March 31, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on January 28, 2020, to elect 10 Directors of the Company as fixed by the Board under Section 159 (1) of the Companies Act, 2017 for a period of 3 years commencing from April 01, 2020 and to transact any other ordinary business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, the closed period of the company is from March 24, 2020 to March 31, 2020 (both days inclusive).
