Extraordinary general meeting of Premier Sugar Mills and Distillery Company Limited to be held on March 31, 2020.

Karachi: Premier Sugar Mills and Distillery Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on March 31, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on January 27, 2020, to elect seven (7) Directors of the Company as per the number fixed by the Board of Directors in the Meeting held on January 28, 2020, of the Company, under section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017 for a term of three (3) years commencing from March 31, 2020 and transact any other business of the Company as may be permitted by the Chair.

Further, the closed period of the company is from March 21, 2020 to March 31, 2020 (both days inclusive).
