Karachi: Trust Securities and Brokerage Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on April 01, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on October 25, 2019, to elect seven Directors of the Company for a period of three years commencing from April 01, 2020 in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017 and to transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, the closed period of the company is from March 25, 2020 to April 01, 2020 (both days inclusive).
