Extraordinary general meeting of Crescent Jute Products Limited to be held on March 24, 2020.

Karachi: Crescent Jute Products Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on March 24, 2020 at Lahore.

The agenda of the meeting will to elect seven Directors of the Company as fixed by the Board, for a period of three years in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017.

Further, the closed period of the company is from March 18, 2020 to March 24, 2020 (both days inclusive).
