Extraordinary general meeting of Indus Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited to be held on March 24, 2020.

Karachi: Indus Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that extraordinary general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on March 24, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will be confirming the minutes of the annual general meeting held on October 28, 2019, to elect 14 directors of the Company as fixed by the Board for a period of three years commencing from March 24, 2020 in accordance with the provisions of Section 159 (1) of the Companies Act, 2017 and to transact any other ordinary business with the permission of the chair.

Further, the closed period of the company is from March 17, 2020 to March 24, 2020 (both days inclusive).
