Expat deprived of cash, other documents.

GUJAR KHAN -- Persons pretending to be policemen deprived an expat of his cash and documents in the jurisdiction of Rawat police station.

According to details, Syed Mohsin Ali, a resident of Kotli area of Azad Kashmir told police that he landed at Islamabad International Airport (IIA) from Saudi Arabia after two years and was going towards his house near Sagri Mor on GT road. He said that a car intercepted their vehicle and two men wearing black shirts and pale pants came out.

The men, he said, snatched his driving licence and 20,000 Saudi Riyals, valuing around Rs1.1 million. Police registered a case and started investigation.

A resident of Ward no. 2, Mohammad Rizwan told police that unknown thieves entered into his house in his absence and stole gold jewellery worth Rs5.3 million, 400 euros valuing around Rs92,000, and 500 British Pounds valuing...
