Lahore -- October 6, 2023 - Escorts Investment Bank Limited ("Company") has officially announced the date for its 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM), set to take place on October 27, 2023, in Lahore. The meeting will address several key matters of importance to the company and its shareholders.

Ordinary Business:

Confirmation of the minutes of the last Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 09, 2023.

Receipt, consideration, and adoption of the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2023, along with the Auditor's Report, Directors' Report, and Chairman's Review Report.

Appointment of External Auditors for the year ending June 30, 2024, and the determination of their remuneration. The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has proposed the appointment of M/s Ilyas Saeed & Company Chartered Accountants, who have expressed their eligibility and willingness to serve in this capacity.
