KARACHI -- Eleven A Lions beat undefeated Al Akhwan CC by 7 runs according to the Duckworth/Lewis/Stern method in the Muhammad Zakir Babu Khatri Memorial Champions LeagueT-20 cricket tournament at Humdard University cricket Ground on yesterday. Al Akhwan CC won the toss and successfully posting 158-8 in allowted 20 overs. This was thanks to an excellent performance from their top order. Kamran Chaina starred for his side as he scored a magnificent 53 off 40 balls that included three fours and three sixes.

There were also much-needed contributions from Navaid GB (31) and Hameed GB (24). Spinners M. Noor grabbed three wickets for 23 runs, Ilyas Muneen captured 2-21.
