Election of Directors of Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited.

Karachi -- Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the nine persons have filed with the Company notice of their intention to offer themselves for election of Directors under section 159(3) of the Companies Act, 2017, for the term of three years at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held on June 25, 2020, through electronic means due to COVID19 Pandemic.
