Election of Directors of Indus Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited.

Karachi -- Indus Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that an Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 15, 2020 for election of 14 directors as fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company received nominations papers from 15 persons for contest of election however before election of directors, the five contesting persons withdraw their nomination papers with an intention, not to contest for election of directors of the Company.
