ECP not bound to act upon any decision: Law minister.

ISLAMABAD -- Federal Law Minister Azam Nazeer Tarar on Tuesday said that the Election Commission of Pakistan was not bound to act upon any decision.

The law minister has reached the Supreme Court which is hearing a petition filed by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf challenging the decision of the Election Commission of Pakistan to delay polls to Punjab Assembly till Oct 8.
