RAWALPINDI: Caretaker Provincial Minister for Primary and Secondary Healthcare Punjab Dr. Jamal Nasir on Monday directed the officials of the district health authority to administer anti-polio drops to children at entry and exit points of the district so that the polio virus did not transmit during the journey.

He said this while inaugurating a week-long anti-polio campaign at the Deputy Commissioner's office, by administering drops to children under five years of age.

The minister said that the polio campaign had been started across Punjab and all resources were being used to make the polio campaign successful.

He appealed to the parents to give their children two drops of polio vaccine and cooperate...
