Donkey-cart used to shift body in absence of ambulance.

SHIKARPUR -- In yet another display of callousness by government hospitals, dead body of an old heatstroke victim had to be loaded onto a donkey-cart and taken back home in Garhi Yasin town after a government hospital refused to provide an ambulance, according to a video that went viral on social media on Sunday.
