Dog bite incidents on rise in Pindi division.

RAWALPINDI -- Commissioner retired Capt Mohammad Mehmood on Thursday directed the administrations of Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum and Chakwal to control stray dog populations, in their respective areas, after several dog-bite incidents were reported.

In a meeting held in his office, the commissioner said that complaints about dog-bite incidents were increasing in the division and people demanded to control populations of stray dogs.

He said it was the duty of the health department and the district administration, to keep people safe.
