Dispensation of justice improves in tribal districts.

BAJAUR -- Speakers at the oath-taking-ceremony of the newly-elected office-bearers of the Bajaur Bar Association on Tuesday noted that dispensation of justice had witnessed a significant improvement in the tribal districts after the extension of the country's judicial system there.

The ceremony was held at district administration's Jirga Hall in Civil Colony, Khar. Scores of lawyers, political and social activists, officials of the district administration and police attended the event.

District and sessions judge Usman Bashir Khan, additional session judge-I Ihsanul Haq, additional session judge-II Hussain Ali, senior civil judge Nadeem Akhtar, deputy commissioner Mohammad Anwarul Haq, district police officer Nazeer Khan and others addressed the function. The speakers said courts were properly functioning in the tribal districts, enabling litigants to get speedy and cheap justice.
