'Disappearance' of two PML-N activists in Kabal protested.

MINGORA -- Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz workers of Kabal tehsil on Saturday staged a protest at Kabal Chowk against the 'disappearance' of party's tehsil president Abdul Ghafoor and another local leader Usman Ghani.

The protesters the blocked Kabal road and claimed that police had arrested them. They chanted slogans against the police, demanding immediate release of the two local leaders.

'Yesterday, my father and Usman Ghani went to Kabal police station as the police called them, but they did not return. My father's car is still in the police station, but when we went to the police station to inquire about them the police denied that they are in their custody,' said Kashif Khan, son of Abdul Ghafoor, who was at the protest.

He said that his father and the other person fell victim to political revenge and they had been kept in wrongful confinement. 'If anything happened to my father and Usman Ghani the police and government will be responsible for it,' he said.
