Diploma Award Ceremony Diploma on Contemporary Diplomacy and International Relations.

Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies and Riphah Institute of Public Policy Riphah International University held a Graduation Ceremony on the successful completion of the Diploma Course on "Contemporary Diplomacy and International Relations" in Islamabad. The course was attended by the diplomats from various diplomatic missions, embassy staff, business community academia and civil society leaders. Prof. Dr. Anis Ahmad is a social scientist of international repute and founding Vice-Chancellor of Riphah International University was present on the occasion and he has handed over the diploma awards to the participants. Farhat Asif, President Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies started the details about the diploma and shared about the scholars from Dr. Rashid Aftab, Director, Riphah Institute of Public Policy, Riphah International University shed light on the strong partnership between Riphah Institute of Public Policy and Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies. After the successful completion of the third diploma course, IPDS and Riphah Institute of Public Policy are now inviting applications for the next Cohort of the Hybrid Diploma courses for a duration of three months.

The course has been designed for foreign diplomats, embassy staff, development agencies, businesspersons, policy practitioners, parliamentarians, journalists, lawyers, and it offers unique insights into the changing dimensions of 21st century diplomacy and skills. The previous course took place in September 2022 with classes on weekends and flexible timings, and offered effective tools and skills to understand and conduct contemporary diplomacy in an effective and innovative manner with ease of professional commitments.
