Dilatory tactics used in foreign funding case: PTI former leader.

ISLAMABAD -- PTI former office bearer Akbar S Babar has said he was not expecting PTI and Imran Khan will halt institutions from performing their functions while dilatory tactics have been used in foreign funding case.
