DHO, 11 health officials diagnosed with Covid-19.

MIANWALI -- District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Mohammad Rafique Khan and 11 employees of the health department tested positive for the coronavirus and all of them have been quarantined at their homes.

The DHO office has been sealed until June 28.

The virus is spreading in the district at an alarming speed and the number of Covid-19 patients has reached 238. Of them, 34 have recovered and 13 died so far.

According to Dr Mian Kashif Ali, the focal personfor the coronavirus,15 patients are being treated in hospital while 176 have been quarantined at their homes. He advised the people to follow the SOPs.
