Dera RPO vows to pursue punishment, reward policy.

DERA ISMAIL KHAN -- Regional Police Officer(RPO) Dera Nasir Mahmood Satti on Tuesday reiterated that punishment and reward policy would continue in police to further improve the performance of the force.

He expressed these views while distributing commendation certificates at a ceremony among police officers who showed excellent performance in the investigation of murder, kidnapping, rape, and narcotics cases, resulting in sentencing the accused to life imprisonment and fines.

Currently, the RPO said there was a balanced system of punishment and reward in the police force in place, thanks to which police officers and jawans with excellent professional character were encouraged and those who showed poor performance were punished.
