Dengue takes 27 lives in Sindh.

KARACHI -- Karachi Administrator Murtaza Wahab Tuesday disclosed that dengue has taken 27 lives in Sindh this year.

He addressed a joint press conference with Pakistan People's Party (PPP) leader and provincial minister Shazia Marri in Karachi on Tuesday.

Wahab said dengue is a challenge not only for Karachi but for the Pakistan as it has already taken many lives.

The Karachi administrator confirmed that no deaths from malaria were reported in the flood-affected areas.
