KARACHI -- Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qasim Naveed Qamar has said that his Department has taken many initiatives to accommodate special persons in private and public sectors and we are also trying to provide them better opportunities of life. This he said as a chief guest in a seminar, organized by Socio Reform Consultants here in a local hotel.
